Well worked closely with the development team and realtor to create a brand identity that felt industrial while remaining classic and bold to fit into the Kerrytown neighborhood of Ann Arbor. The main challenge was designing a brand and touchpoints that matched the level of sophistication of the development and gave potential buyers a truly unique experience.
We leveraged research and insights that informed the site structure and design. Showcasing the area and benefits of moving to Ann Arbor was accomplished through original photography and various design elements that brought The Garnet to life before the team broke ground on the building.
High-end, custom marketing materials, including buyers' brochures, mailers, and event materials, were created for the realtor to reach a greater audience. Social media, advertisements, and other promo placements were also developed.
